EHS360 provides an AI-powered Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) management platform that includes:
- Incident reporting and management
- Permit to Work (PTW) digital workflows
- Equipment tracking and maintenance
- Inspection and audit management
- ML-powered risk prediction and analytics
- Wellness tracking and monitoring
- Real-time notifications and alerts
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 EHS360 Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EHS360 and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
7.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Service

8. Service Availability
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
- Experience unexpected downtime due to technical issues

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for any safety incidents resulting from misuse of the Service
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold EHS360 harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit through the Service
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- You: May cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Us: May suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or legal requirements
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and Australia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gurgaon, India or Melbourne, Australia.
14. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms:
- Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation
- If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration
- Arbitration shall be conducted in English in Gurgaon, India or Melbourne, Australia
15. Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import control laws and regulations in your use of the Service.
